Mobile phone sales edge up in Russia in Q1

MOSCOW. May 14 (Interfax) - The number of official mobile phonesales on the Russian market grew to 8.004 million in the firstquarter of 2005, against 7.615 million sold in the fourth quarter of2004, Russia's Mobile Research Group said.Wholesale mobile phone sales were 853 million euros in monetaryterms in the first quarter of 2005, against 852 million in thefourth quarter of 2004.Experts estimate 'grey' mobile phone sales also grew slightly to 5%in January-March 2005, against 4.7% in the fourth quarter of 2004.Samsung was the sales... IKEA to invest $100 mln in new Omsk complex

Russia govt puts Mil Helicopter Plant on privatisation plan list.
