The data proves that the amount of ‘bad debts’ doubled in 2006. Russia proposes new National Military Doctrine

Russia's new National Military Doctrine has become a focus of the Russian military. MDM Founders Drifted Apart

Founders of MDM Group, Andrey Melnichenko and Sergey Popov have split the assets. Melnichenko obtained 100 percent in Eurokhim fertilizers’ maker, while Popov got 90 percent in MDM Bank. Top manager of the bank, Martin Andersson acquired 10 percent. Raiffeisen International decides to increase Impexbank's authorized capital by RUB 1.276 bn to RUB 4.454 bn

Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding has taken a decision to increase the authorized capital of Impexbank OJSC by RUB 1.276 bn through placing Impexbank's additional shares, the Bank says. The shares will be placed by private subscription; the buyer will be Impexbank's sole shareholder - Raiffeisen International. It is planned to increase the authorized capital in early 2007. Rosselkhoznadzor Announces Ban on Imports of Cereals Yesterday the Russian agriculture inspection agency, Rosselkhoznadzor, announced a complete ban on the import of rice to Russia, citing quality concerns about imported cereals.
